Welcome to the First Time Cruising website and checking out the blog!!
This website, forum & blog is all about my experience as first time cruiser and other first timers who are open to share their thoughts as a first cruiser.
I found out there is a real need for information for first time cruisers. There are other websites which I referred in my websites which give wealth of information but it all needs to parsed and takes time.
So I decided to create this website just for the first timers to get information they wanted and also share what they experienced for others to know. It’s all about helping each other so everybody can have fun and memorable cruise.
Please don’t hesitate to check out all the website has to offer and don’t forget to spread the word about the website. Without your participation and help, this site will be just another site out of million..
Thanks and have fun cruising!!!

I have viewed that intelligent real estate agents everywhere are warming up to FSBO Marketing and advertising. They are acknowledging that it’s not only placing a poster in the front place. It’s really concerning building human relationships with these sellers who someday will become buyers. So, after you give your time and efforts to assisting these retailers go it alone — the “Law involving Reciprocity” kicks in. Interesting blog post.

I have realized that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate proprietors, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in every single real estate contract, a fee is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers really don’t “save” the percentage. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by doing a agent’s work. In the process, they spend their money along with time to execute, as best they could, the duties of an agent. Those tasks include revealing the home by means of marketing, presenting the home to prospective buyers, developing a sense of buyer urgency in order to induce an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, handling qualification checks with the loan provider, supervising repairs, and aiding the closing.

I have learned new things from a blog post. Also a thing to I have noticed is that generally, FSBO sellers will probably reject you actually. Remember, they would prefer never to use your providers. But if you actually maintain a stable, professional relationship, offering help and being in contact for four to five weeks, you will usually manage to win a business interview. From there, a listing follows. Thanks
